RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Return Eligibility

 

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and in the original state you received it in.

 

The item(s) must have all FASHPICK and designer tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box along with the dust bags contained in the box. Returns not meeting our policies will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

 

Ordinary Online Returns

 

If you wish to return your order, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange for a return by following our return process listed below. We will then issue a full refund for the duly returned item.

 

If you have you purchased the item using a Credit Card then the refund will be returned to the card used within 7-14 working days due to varying processing times between payment providers, however, if you purchased the item with our ‘Cash on Delivery’ option then a credit note* will be issued under your account in the amount refunded to be used on fashpick.com.

 

*Kindly note, for system reasons, our guest checkout customers must create a full account on fashpick.com in order to generate the credit note.

 

 

Return Process

 

         1. Sign into your account on fashpick.com and click on My Orders and choose the order number(s) referring to the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Click on the ‘Return Order’ button.

3. You will be redirected to our courier’s website (Aramex).

4. Follow the instructions on their website to schedule a pick up.

5. Print out the AWB and attach it to the original delivery package. Kindly note that the courier cannot process your item without the AWB being printed and attached.

    If you wish to ship your item from the courier center directly then the AWB print out is not necessary.

6. Print out the original Order Confirmation sent to you via email and include it in your package.

7. Check the item(s) you wish to return on your original invoice (which was included in your delivered package) and include it in your package.

8. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original labels and barcodes attached.

9. Our courier service will then contact you to arrange for the collection.

10. Our team will go through a quality check of the returned item(s), if confirmed, a refund (or store credit if COD) will be issued to you.

 

Damaged/Defected Goods

 

If your order is received damaged, kindly arrange a return with us using the steps mentioned above as our Return Process.

The damaged item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order in the exact condition received in order to receive a full refund including delivery & handling charges, and any taxes & duties. Replacements are subject to availability.

 

Defected items are subject to returns, if you receive a defected item kindly contact us at customercare@fashpick.com or follow the steps mentioned above as our Return Process to arrange for a return. Replacements are subject to availability.

 

Exchanges

 

Unfortunately we are not offering an exchange option at the moment, kindly use our Return Process mentioned above to return your item and place a new order for the replacement requested.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Online order delivery is currently only available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, we will update our website once we broaden our delivery channels and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Our working hours are from 9am to 8pm, and our delivery cut-off time is 3pm, any orders placed within these hours and by the cut-off time will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 working days within addresses listed in KSA.

 

Any orders placed outside these hours, or after the cut-off time, or on Fridays, or any other Public Saudi Holiday is subject to be shipped and delivered on the first working day following the date of the order submission.

 

Delivery charges vary depending on the total amount of your order; orders over SAR 1000 are subject to complimentary delivery, orders under SAR 1000 have a SAR 50 delivery charge. Kindly note that for our ‘Cash on Delivery’ option an additional SAR 25 delivery fee is charged.

 

Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email confirming the shipping of your item along with a tracking number to track the progress of your order online on the courier’s website provided.

 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our facility. Kindly note this may take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept Credit Cards using Visa and/or MasterCard. We also have our ‘Cash on Delivery’ option* subject to the additional SAR 25 delivery fee mentioned in our 'SHIPPING & DELIVERY’ section.

Upon checkout, you are provided with payment method options, kindly choose the option you prefer.

 

Once payment has been received we will email you with a purchase receipt.

 

*Kindly note our ‘Cash on Delivery’ option is only available for orders above SAR 10,000.

 

GIFT CARDS

 

If you would like to gift someone virtually, we offer a ‘Gift Cards’ option.

 

To gift someone virtually simply log into your fashpick.com account and click on ‘Gifts Cards’, choose the amount you’d like to give, enter the recipient’s name and email address and we will email the gift card to the recipient and then we will email you with a delivery confirmation receipt.

You do not need to set-up an account to place an order. However, we do advise you to set-up an account in order to benefit from our services such as:

The currency on our site is based on your shopping location, however you may choose/change the currency at any time from the top left corner of our home page.

WHERE DOES FASHPICK SHIP?

 

FASHPICK is exclusive to shipping to KSA at the moment.

 

DOES FASHPICK SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

 

Currently we can only ship to one address per order.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES ON MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

 

Before an item has been dispatched for delivery, we are able to cancel or amend your order (changing the size or editing the billing/shipping address). However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch of your item along with a tracking number to track the item online on the courier’s website. 

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

 

We currently offer a 30 day return for unused, unworn, undamaged and in original condition items with all tags and labels still attached. The item must be in full re-sellable condition. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND RETURN CHARGES?

 

For orders amounting over SAR 1,000 we offer a complimentary delivery, however orders under SAR 1,000 are charged with SAR 50 delivery fee. Also note that a cash delivery fee is applied to orders paid for by cash on delivery.

 

WILL I NEED TO SIGN MY PACKAGE ON ARRIVAL?

 

Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception therefore a signature is required upon delivery or you can have someone sign on your behalf if you are unavailable.

 

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND TAX COSTS?

 

There is no duty or tax costs, all our retail prices are inclusive.
